In 2023, The Recruiter Method was founded to help others land jobs they love while building the workforce of tomorrow. Early on, I struggled to transition from my middle-school classroom to the corporate world and was rejected from job after job.

Simultaneously, my husband faced the same struggles after leaving a military career. I fell into recruiting and was hooked! After a successful career leading Talent Acquisition teams, I saw the same problems repeatedly: job seekers not knowing how or where to start, what to improve, or when to pivot. I set out to solve the problem by offering workshops at universities, conferences, and transitioning veteran events. They were an overwhelming success, with clients landing jobs quicker and returning for support during their next career transition. My coaching dream was realized, and now I want to help you achieve yours.
